Products purchased through Club Culture Golf are intended primarily for personal use and may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed product prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.

Club Culture Golf currently ships within the United States.

Available shipping options and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.

Shipping rates may vary based on the products ordered, package size and weight, shipping destination, carrier, and available delivery service.

Once your order ships, we will provide tracking information when available.

Delivery dates and transit times provided by Club Culture Golf, Shopify, or a shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your shipment appears to be lost, damaged, significantly delayed, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us with your order information. We will review the circumstances and assist you as reasonably possible.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Club Culture Golf cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Club Culture Golf is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

However, purchases made through the Club Culture Golf store are transactions directly between you and Club Culture Golf.

Shopify is not the seller of Club Culture Golf merchandise and is not responsible for the products sold by Club Culture Golf or for claims arising directly from those products or transactions, except to the extent required by applicable law or Shopify's own obligations.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
